2004 Cabernet Sauvignon-Temecula Valley

Winemaker's Notes: Curry Vineyards is a family owned Vineyard and Winery. Our hillside vineyard is located in the Temecula Valley AVA. This Cabernet Sauvignon has flavors of black cherry, black berry, casis, violets, roses, vanilla, and cloves.

TWOL's Notes: ... This is Curry Vineyards second wine release! All estate grown and bottled. This 2004 Cab is very fruit forward, with mouthfuls of black cherry, black berry, casis and more..... a deep violet hue, and rich texture and tanins. Once again, a touch young, but a dynamite introduction! This one certainly will mellow with some laydown time. We think it is well worth trying.... especially with an eye towards future vintages from a fine new petit winery!
