Hart's 2002 Old Vine Zinfandel, Cucamonga Valley, Lopez Ranch

Winemaker's Notes: Produced from a very lowyeilding, 82-year-old vineyard in the historic Cucamonga Valley. These ancient vines are grown in rocky, gravelly alluvial soils below the 10,000 foot high San Gabriel Mountains, and are non-irrigated. Fruity notes of raspberry and blackberry are accented by rich flavors of American oak. A california classic, to be enjoyed now, or for short term aging.
