Hart's 2002 Estate Fume Blanc

Winemaker's Notes: Grapefruit, gooseberry, a delicate touch of grass, and just a hint of oak, framed by crisp acidity, make this one of the most enticing Fume Blanc's we have produced. Made entirely from grapes grown on two acres of our family vineyard. Serve with grilled fish, oysters, steamed mussels, or garlic chicken.
