Miramonte 2003 Sauvignon Blanc 

Winemaker's Notes: This wine is an elegant study of the Musqué clone - an ultra-premium Sauvignon Blanc/Muscat hybrid. It opens with a fresh, airy bouquet of complex floral and fresh cut grass aromas, which develop into a full host of rich melon characters -- buoyed with gentle hints of spicy citrus. A ménage of citrus flavors develop from mid-palate to finish, fresh lime, orange, and red grapefruit. Nuanced tropical fruit notes as well, like kiwi and a young mango. The entire flavor profile is bolstered on the solid, lean acidity one expects from a well-structured Sauvignon Blanc.
