Oak Mountain Winery 2005 Sauvignon Blanc

Winemaker's Notes: Despite it's light color, this wine has great body and intense hints of peach, and melon aromas; with some baked apple; big, ripe fruit and melons; very good balance, and creamy, silky finish. A perfect match with sea food, fresh shell fish, chicken and most Asian dishes. Also pairs well with pork dishes.
