Oak Mountain Winery 2005 Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker's Notes: A delicious Rose, fruit-forward, light-bodied, with clean dry finish. Bright pink colour with a nose of sweet strawberry fruit. Very distinctive: the intense palate is dominated by juicy cherry fruit. Clean crisp, refreshing and round in the palate. Pairs well with fish, salads and Asian cuisine.
