Providence Family Winery 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker's Notes: A deep dark red color. The nose fills the glass with aromas that beg for a sip. Aromas of the Cabernet fruit is like black cherry, and strawberries. Then a smooth velvety feel on the tongue and roof of the mouth with a perceived sweetness and warmth or spiciness, followed by full, ripe fruit flavors and a hint of oak. Enjoy this wine with a good steak or meat dishes. Don't forget the cholesterol fighting quality of Red Wine and eat hardy with a good bottle of wine on special occasions.
