Providence Family Winery 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker's Notes:   A deep rich red color. The nose is filled with aromatic aromas that fill the glass with anticipation. Aromas of the Cabernet fruit, a fresh earthiness, and black cherry. Then a smooth velvety feel on the tongue and roof of the mouth, warmth and spice, followed by full, ripe fruit flavors and a hint of oak. Enjoy this wine with a barbequed steak, other meat dishes. The cholesterol fighting quality of Red Wine with fatty foods should put your mind at ease to enjoy good foods high in protean. So eat hardy with a good bottle of wine and enjoy.
