Providence Family Winery 2003 Merlot/Cabernet

Winemaker's Notes:   Let this one breath a little and serve a room temperature. This will reveal nice aromatic nose in a proper wine glass (big tulip shape). Very smooth on the tong with just enough tannin velvet to cleans the pallet. Next the aroma of fresh earth and the fruit flavors like black cherry, and strawberry mixed. A slight sweet sensation and in awhile a little pepper feel on the tong. Excellent with will seasoned beef, lam, wild duck or fatty and pasta dishes. Or put you feet up when it quite and enjoy a glass on its won. Be sure to not serve to cold and you will be enjoy a delightful and easy dirking wine.
