Winemaker's Notes: Dry, Light and white best describes many of the wines made from Pinot Grigo. Or Pinot Gris, or Rulander, or Tokay as it is known I other parts of the world. Regardless of the name, the region where it is grown dictates style and character. We feel that the Temecula Valley highlights some of the finer character traits of Pinot Grigo, such as ripe pear and lemon peel twists in the aroma, and crisp, apple acidity in the finish.
