Stuart Cellars 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon

Winemaker's Notes: This complex and layered California Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in oak for 22 months to insure the influence of the wood.  Ripe black current with a bit of smoke gives way to plum and black cherry.  Bold tannins provide this wine with aging possibilities for up to a decade.
