Thornton Winery 2002 Chardonnay

Winemaker's Notes: This wine has good length of body with a crispness & refreshing finish. Chardonnay is a varietal whose popularity has grown at a steady pace. Over the years, we have produced Chardonnay from neighboring regions but have never made a Chardonnay that is solely from Temecula. We chose to harvest the fruit slightly earlier, purposely making a Chardonnay with a crisp texture due to youthful acidic levels.
