Thornton Winery 2001 Semillion

Winemaker's Notes: The natural acidity level is high, and that gives the wine a lively, crisp finish. After fermentation was complete, the young wine was racked in new European oak barrels for several months to finish maturation. The result is Semillon with hints of oak, yet the varietal fruit is lush and inviting. 100% Semillon.
