Thornton Winery 1990 Brut Rose

Winemaker's Notes: THORNTON Brut Rose is made by the traditional French methode champenoise process and in very limited quantities. This wine was blended from our finest Pinot Noir cuvees and has been aged, en tiragc, for over ten years. It is finished with a Chardonnay dosage at 1.0 percent residual sugar. 90% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinol Blanc, 5% Chardonnay.
