Winemaker's Notes:   Our winemaker set out on a mission to create a red port wine having all the best rich traditional port flavors, but without the oxidized, unpleasant characteristics exhibited by many. Our 2003 Ruby Port shows that care and tending will create the complex yet clean spicy/nutty/tobacco flavors sought by discriminating port lovers.
