The Ponte Family Estate is located in the heart of the Temecula Valley Wine Country. Conceived and built by Ponte brothers Roberto and Claudio - grape growers in Temecula since 1984 - the facility caters to each visitor with a large tasting room, fine food, ample parking, and other amenities designed to enhance the quality of your visit. You don't have to worry about the sugar content at harvest, the climate conditions or the make-up of the soil, because we do. You only need to enjoy what you're tasting.  Wine Rule #1: If you like it, it's good wine. Most of the 30-year old vines on the property produce Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay. However, we also farm Zinfandel, Sangiovese, Chenin Blanc and Muscat. The rich soil of our land gives the grapes a fruity and delicate flavor, which means our wines are enjoyable to drink. Enjoy your day in the country with casual dining on the patios adjacent to the vineyards. The SMOKEHOUSE CAFE, located at Ponte Family Estate Winery, blends the influences of the local vineyards and farmers' markets with the tastes of the Ponte wines.
