WHOA! From the first nostril capturing of the incredible bouquet that wafts off the first splash of this wine, you know you’re in for a treat. Intense violet, black cherry, phenomenal body, almost thick, makes you want to let it lay on your tongue and savor forever. Nicholas Palumbo has a masterpiece on his hands, in my opinion. Get the bar-b-que out and the thickest steak you can find, because you’ll probably want to drink the whole bottle, further bolstering that he creates the best reds available in the valley.

WOW!
This port lives up to its awesome label. The Black Jack Port from South
Coast Winery has the fragrant bouquet of a big box of currents; your mouth
is filled with the liquid version of currents. Be sure to let this one
breathe to further enhance its caramel overtones. In the same way that
musical harmonics round out the quality sound of a great instrument, so
does the extending overtones of this incredible port. This port is
currently the best I’ve tasted yet!

Use a teaspoon for drinking wine? This is so creamy, full of overtones of vanilla, caramel and nuts, that you’ll want to sip it with a spoon! New kids on the block, Lise and Alex Yakut, make a splash with their old country roots evidenced in this first release. Produced using the traditional “Solera” method, has maximized the smoothness and body created in this delectable dessert wine! As a side note from this writer, not being a sherry drinker, after tasting this Cream Sherry, I am now!
